Who we are
Vextoro Ltd (“Vextoro”, “I”, “we”) is a recruitment business specialising in CNC machining and toolmaking roles. You can contact me at info@vextoro.co.uk.
What information I collect
From the website forms: your name, email, phone number, company (employers), current role, location, CNC experience and your message.
From candidates: information you provide to me such as your CV, work history, skills, pay and job preferences, and other information relevant to finding you suitable roles, and, at later stages of recruitment, references and right to work information where relevant.
From employers: contact details and details of the roles you’re hiring for.
Why I use it
To respond to and manage your enquiry.
To communicate with candidates and employers about recruitment opportunities.
To match candidates with suitable vacancies and, with their agreement, put them forward to employers.
To manage the recruitment process and keep appropriate business records.
To carry out candidate screening, including reference checks and checking information relating to a candidate’s right to work where relevant.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations where applicable.
I usually rely on legitimate interests where it is necessary to operate Vextoro’s recruitment service, including communicating with candidates and employers, identifying suitable opportunities and filling vacancies. Where another lawful basis applies, I will use that basis as appropriate.
Who I share it with
Employers where appropriate in connection with a candidate’s potential application or recruitment process.
Referees where relevant for reference checks.
Service providers that help me operate Vextoro, such as website hosting and forms (Framer), email (Zoho) and tools used to manage business and recruitment records.
Other organisations where I am required to do so by law.
I don’t sell your data.
How long I keep it
Enquiries and candidate profiles: normally for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless there is a reason to keep the information for longer or you ask me to keep you on file for future opportunities.
Right to work documents (such as a passport copy): kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant recruitment and screening process, then securely deleted. I may retain a record of the outcome.
Business and financial records: for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
When information is no longer needed, I will delete it or securely dispose of it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for access to it, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have information deleted, to restrict how it is used, or to object to certain uses of it.
